Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need experience?
Not at all. Beginners are welcome. To make your first session smoother, we recommend attending a Free Intro Session and/or reading Verbal Aikido for Beginners before joining the dojo.
Do I need to attend every week?
No. Come when you can — each session stands on its own.
Can I switch between Regular and Express?
Yes — Premium members can attend any session. Regular and Express members can upgrade anytime.
Are sessions recorded?
No — never. The dojo is a confidential practice space, and protecting everyone’s privacy is essential to the method. For this reason, sessions are not recorded under any circumstances.
What if I join mid‑year?
You’re welcome anytime. The dojo is ongoing and always accessible to newcomers.
